Mushrooms

We just started a new batch of mushrooms and they are well on their way to becoming yummy dinner treats! These are oyster mushrooms that are amazingly flavorful and great in so many ways. If you want recipes please let me know and I would be happy to get you my favorite mushroom soup recipie!
